來說說前幾天遇到的 forklift upgrade 這個詞。
首先要知道 forklift 是「鏟車/叉架起貨機」，也就是像下圖這樣的工程車。
而 upgrade 是升級 (這應該沒什麼疑問)。
那麼 forklift upgrade 是「鏟車升級」?
但是，這樣風馬牛不相及的兩個字，如果照字面這樣翻譯，恐怕還是無法了解它的意思吧?!
於是 google 了一下，查到這樣的定義~
